Ingredients
- Usirikaya / Amla /Indian Gooseberry- 500 kg
- Pudina – 1 cup
- Rock candy – ¼ cup
- Crushed ice as required
- Black salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Remove the seeds of amla and cut into small pieces.
- Clean the pudina and grind amla and pudina in a mixer grinder first.
- Then add rock candy, black salt, ice cubes and give a grind.
- With this concentrate add water or soda in 1:3 ratio.
- Drink within 10 minutes of this juice made to retain the vitamins.
