Ingredients
- Sweet corn – 1 cup, boiled
- Mushroom – 5-6
- Pesalu / whole Moong dal – 1 cup, sprouted
- Fresh Pallillu / Peanuts – 1 cup, boiled
- Coriander leaves – 1 cup, chopped
- Pepper powder – 1tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
Clean and wash the mushrooms & cut into four pieces.
Heat oil a pan and fry the mushroom by adding little salt.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and serve.
