Sweet Corn Mushroom Salad




Ingredients

  • Sweet corn – 1 cup, boiled
  • Mushroom – 5-6
  • Pesalu / whole Moong dal – 1 cup, sprouted
  • Fresh Pallillu / Peanuts – 1 cup, boiled
  • Coriander leaves – 1 cup, chopped
  • Pepper powder – 1tsp
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

Clean and wash the mushrooms & cut into four pieces.

Heat oil a pan and fry the mushroom by adding little salt.

Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and serve.
