Spinach Mushroom/ Palak Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms – 20 no’s, sauted
  • Spinach/Palak – 1 cup, chopped
  • Green chillies – 6
  • Ginger paste -1 tsp
  • Cottage cheese – 2 tsps, grated
  • Curd – 2tsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cream for garnishing

Preparation Method

  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add ginger, green chillies and chopped spinach.
  2. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the cottage cheese, curd, pepper and salt.
  4. Add mushrooms and garnish with fresh cream.
  5. Serve hot with rice or roti’s.
