Spinach Mushroom/ Palak Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Mushrooms – 20 no’s, sauted
- Spinach/Palak – 1 cup, chopped
- Green chillies – 6
- Ginger paste -1 tsp
- Cottage cheese – 2 tsps, grated
- Curd – 2tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cream for garnishing
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a kadai, add ginger, green chillies and chopped spinach.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the cottage cheese, curd, pepper and salt.
- Add mushrooms and garnish with fresh cream.
- Serve hot with rice or roti’s.
