Paneer Pesalu Salad




Ingredients

  • Pesalu/ Green Gram – 1 cup, sprouted
  • Paneer – 4 pieces,
  • Carrot – 1 cup, grated
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup, chopped
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsps
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Ghee – 4 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method

Take a vessel and boil a cup of water.

Once it has become hot, switch off the stove.

Now add the paneer pieces with little salt and cover it with a lid.

After 10 minutes, drain the water and fry it in the ghee. If the pieces are big enough cut it into ½ inch pieces.

Take a vessel and mix sprouted green gram, fried paneer pieces, grated carrot, coriander leaves,

pepper powder salt and lemon juice.

Paneer Pesalu salad ready to serve.
