Ingredients
- Garam masala – ¼ tsp
- Fresh cream – 3 tbsp
- Milk – 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
To Grind for White Sauce
- Onion – 1 cup, chopped
- Cashew nuts – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Ginger – ½ “piece
For the Koftas
- Paneer – 1 cup, grated
- Maida – 4 tbsps
- Green chillies – 4, finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Cooking soda a pinch, optional
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Mix all the ingredients given for making kofta and shape into small balls.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the koftas until golden brown.
- Remove, drain on absorbent paper and keep aside.
- Grind all the ingredients given for making gravy.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ground paste till the raw smell goes off.
- Add the garam masala and for again for a minute.
- Add the fresh cream, milk and a cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Switch off the stove and keep the gravy aside.
- Just before serving, add the koftas to the gravy and bring to boil.
- Serve hot with Chapathi/Rice.
