Maida Dosa




Ingredients

  • Maida                          – 2 cups
  • Rice flour                    – 1 cup
  • Green Chillies             – 5-6, chopped
  • Cumin seeds                – 1 tsp
  • Ginger                         – 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Coriander leaves         – ¼ cup

To Temper

  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • finely chopped curry leaves – 1 tbsp

Preparation Method
Mix all the ingredients, except mustard and curry leaves.
Keep aside for an hour.

Temper with mustard and curry leaves.

Heat the non-stick pan and make thin dosa’s.

Serve hot with spicy onion/tomato chutney.

Variation

Finely grated carrot and onion can be added to give more color and taste.
