Ingredients
- Paneer – 200 gms, cut into cubes
- Butter – 2 tbsps
- Tomato Puree – 1 cup
- Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsps
- Cashew nut paste – 2 tbsps
- Fresh Cream – ½ cup
- Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
- Water – ½ cup
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Garam Masala powder – ½ tsp
- Sugar – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- Add butter in a kadai and melt it.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, tomato sauce and sugar.
- Mix well and leave for a minute.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and sugar.
- Stir in occasionally and leave for 5-6 minutes.
- Add cream, cashew nuts paste, ½ cup water and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Lastly add paneer pieces and cook for 45-5 minutes.
- Garmish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with Chapathi/Paratha.
